Meditation as a Self-Wilding resource

Meditation is a no-brainer in getting to know your true self and obtaining freedom from internally or externally imposed lack, limitation, and failures that undermine you in everyday situations.

Meditation will not only help you identify your baseline fears and limitations, but serves to uproot their causes, or at least enables you to “change channels”. Your lack, limitation, and failures fade into the background.

There are so many benefits of meditation with the most profound arising through daily practice.

If you are new to meditation or are wanting to learn or even to get to the next level…the resource I have used and I now recommend is the Live and Dare meditation courses, seen here. These are self-paced and remain available for you to go back and refresh yourself anytime that you feel the need. A 6-week Beginner Course to develop the habit of meditating daily

The lessons are online and start with a meditation session as short as 2-min. This incrementally increases to where you are meditating 15-20 minutes in a single session. The idea is to start small and increase your timing so that it becomes easier to do. The main learning is to make it a daily habit. The course includes tricks into how to include it as a daily practice.

Each week the course introduces a new practice (such as mantra meditation, breathing awareness, chakra meditation) and by the end, you will know the technique that best suits you.

The lessons are designed for you to easily learn and the result will be a lifetime daily habit that will bring out the best in you.

As well, you’ll be able to integrate mindfulness into your daily life using prompts, exercises, and daily challenges.

This 40-day online course will take you on a journey of learning 10 different meditation techniques.

The main objective of this program is to guide you to experiment several styles of meditation, thus broadening your understanding of this practice, and allowing you to choose your ideal technique. For this purpose, you’ll find carefully selected key practices of meditation that deal with different aspects of your life — body, mind, breathing, sound, sight, feeling, and consciousness.
